The normal 255 and 255HP will have the same ability to overrun the stock FPR. If you have a good enough tuning device, it doesn't matter if it overruns it or not. Stock O2 sensor closed loop function should be able to compensate for any wackyness of overrun, if the your tune at idle/low throttle is close enough. I don't know what the big fuss over overruning the stock FPR is all about on the internet. Most of the people who complain about it probably have some other problem going on, overrun isn't going to cause knock, worst case your car runs a little rich. When you hack a MAS or run a 2G MAS on a 1G or running larger than stock injectors, you need to also compensate for that. Look at the SRT-4, they run 58psi all the time. Doesn't go up or down with vacuum or boost. It is a cheapskate factory system, but you can run a high base fuel pressure and make it work.
