Forgot to quote this earlier. From what I've been told, 1st and 2nd you don't have to worry about breaking gears, it's the torque that breaks 3rd and 4th because of their placement in the transmission.
I guess maybe you are worried about synchros, and not breaking the gears? Just be nice when shifting and low 20's should be no problem.
