Didn't you just buy a new clutch? Why not fix the actual problem rather than blinding throwing more parts at it? If adjusting the engagement doesn't help then you'll want to look at your master and slave cylinders to make sure neither is leaking. Its possible the system needs to be rebled too. If none of that works then inspect the pivot points on the pedal assembly. After all that checks out then you may need to confirm the step height on your flywheel was machined properly.
