It was the same exact boost and same exact A/Fs. On the Kwiktrip gas the car was too prone to knock and we had to run lower than normal timing. His first pull on the BP 93 with no changes to the tune netted around 10awhp more. Then I was able to get a decent amount more ignition timing into the tune with the BP 93. The BP 93 he had was even noticably better than the BP 91/92 that we were always happy with.

The Evos run much less timing and are much more sensitive to timing than DSMs, so even being able to safely run 1 degree more can me a decent power gain with the stock turbo. 90% of the HP gains on an E85 stock turbo Evo are from more ignition timing, you might be running the same or 1 psi more of boost at 7000RPMs on E85 vs pump gas, because the turbo is just maxed to begin with and won't make much more boost in the upper RPMs.
