Re: Anyone heard of GT Pro?

Hahaha. Man, you need go somewhere else and maybe check the car over. I guess the final numbers aren't totally out of the question bad though, even though I have seen numbers like that with 50-trim turbos at 18psi on a Dynojet.

But Josh hit everything on the head.

#1 sounds like a laptop problem.

#2 He should have used the dyno sensor. The one in DSMLink would be the most likely to be wrong, since you get resistance that effects the readings across the wire from the gauge to the ECU and you normally have the calibrate it to read right in the ECU to match the gauge.

#3 You don't have to port any DSM head 1G or 2G to make all kinds of power. It is more likely to see a DSM with a ported head make less power. I thought you had a Pruven Performance head on it though?

#4 We do 91 all the time here. BP doesn't sell better than 91 here anymore. And I do a lot of cars from WI and IA that can't find anything better than 91 from any gas stations near them. I personally probably wouldn't have tried 24psi on 91 if it really is bad at all out there. 24psi is pretty damn high for 93 octane.

Turning up the boost on a DSM does not lean it out. It makes it richer!!!! The only time it should lean it out is when the fuel pump, injectors, or MAS start maxing out. There are a good 3 ways to lean out a car with DSMLink. If fuel trims seemed ok at part throttle, but it went stupid rich under boost and changing the main table wasn't helping enough, then you have a boost leak.
