Considering the abuse that tool boxes take, I'm surprised that manufacturers are not yet powdercoating them. Then again, Craftsman boxes are made by Waterloo Industries in Waterloo, IA and we're always behind a little bit down here.  |
You can't go anywhere in Waterloo IA, without seeing a Waterloo tool box I swear, I think mcdonalds even uses them as counters and tables down there.
