I know that Matco air tools are made by Ingersoll Rand. Who makes Snap-On, Mac, Craftsman, etc. air tools?

Considering the abuse that tool boxes take, I'm surprised that manufacturers are not yet powdercoating them. Then again, Craftsman boxes are made by Waterloo Industries in Waterloo, IA and we're always behind a little bit down here.
