Boost creep is when boost level keeps climbing with the wastegate fully open. To cure this, you'll need to install a higher flowering o2 housing (tubular, ported 2G, or EVOIII), and if that doesn't cure it fully then some port work on the turbo exhaust housing wastegate passage.
