I just don't get them. Do they not realize that pissing on the members of all these DSM forums keeps money from going into their pockets? I just don't understand the mentality. Even if their customer service has improved, which I doubt, they've lost a large portion of their potential customer base bye insulting them all. I don't care how cheap a part is, or how fast it arrives, if the shop employees insult and make fun of me I would never give them a dime.
