Run a vacuum line from the nipple on the compressor housing(if there is one) to the wastegate, or from the nipple on the elbow off the turbo(if there is one) to the wastegate, or just from the intake manifold to the wastegate.

Going from the intake manifold will give the most consistant boost from day to day, but closest to the turbo compressore housing will give the lowest boost.

It might not help, but all an MBC or BCS or restrictor or anything can do is add boost.
