In the Innovate instructions, they recommend not exceding 900F sensor temp. Techedge says not to go over 750c gas temp. I think some of the brands recommend putting it something like 12 inches away from the turbo or something like that. We have run then in the stock front O2 sensor location before for temporary tuning, but I would put it a bit farther down the piping, if you were going to run it often. The temps really shouldn't be insanely hot after the turbo though, hopefully a lot of that heat got turned into boost.
