The stockers like to start stretching at some point. It depends a lot on how high your cylinder pressures are from boost and knocking. A couple more lbs of boost aren't going to make the head lifting pressure that some detonation with make. You usually don't want to try to push the boost much past 23psi on the stock head studs though. The 93+ studs are also 1mm smaller than the 90-92.5, so they will probably stretch a little easier too.
