Re: What's Crackle Lackin?
Welcome! Funny choice of a screen name, given some local history, but if you work on f22's I suppose that's fine! lol.
Nice car, that's a huge mod list. |
Re: What's Crackle Lackin?
Nah, Navy doesn't have F-22s, it was just a nickname I picked up at my first command back in 05' and I just flowed with it since. Good try though.

Re: What's Crackle Lackin?
Thanks for all the welcomes. The car has been running strong and through a lot, swapped rear subframes out 3 days prior to the 08' shootout, had it on the road by 1pm that friday and in Norwalk, OH at 11pm. Also made a non-stop cross country trip a few months back when I transferred from VA to here in WA with only a couple problems, one that worked itself and the other involved a flat tire in the middle of Montana. Replaced the whole left rear trailing arm, shock, rotors&calipers, a week prior to the cross country trip.
It appears my left rear wheel bearing is growling at me, so that's next and getting some skateboard bearings for the shifter cables (trans side). Belize Green seems to be the dominant color for GVR4s out here. |
Re: What's Crackle Lackin?
belize green is the fastest color that's why. :D

P.S. GVR4 FTW, welcome to the site! |
Re: What's Crackle Lackin?
Nope, Kensington Grey is the Rarest and most sleeper, White is the dirtiest, Green is the Fastest - the Bonneville GVR4 (Yellow now, but originally Green) @ 215mph, and Nile Black we can all agree is the slowpoke.
