Peter, the car has made 430+ HP at DB since May of last year.

The turbo definitely will be going back to FP to be rebuilt/upgraded to a black. That will add significant down time however. May look for a stock turbo to break the motor in on until I get the turbo back from FP.

make sure to check out the head. I took mine apart yesterday also and the pretty metal was in the head and destroyed it and messed up the cam journals. They ahve some good groves and some alum that is deformed now.

I don't think it was the type of oil used, because I use that oil, and whatever I use is golden. Also, when you break it in, I don't think it'll matter whether you use the stock turbo or the large one, as long as you floor it. Tow it to the dyno and get a power pull ASAP!
