Yeah, out complex is probably going to have to have most of the roofs done, but I don't know who'd you'd contact. Would you contact the association, because I don't think they'd call you based on me. Let me know and I can pm you the guy I have contact info on.

When it comes to apartment complex's and associations normally it starts with getting a call from a home owner, we come out, or they ask the home owners association on what is needed to have the roof done, sometime they say call and have someone come out. But it will have to go through the home owners association at some point, they have the last say... Some place's are so strick they actually tell you what color/kind of shingle you have to put on your roof. Once's it's cleared through the home owners association I then have to go back to each individual home owner and sign them up 1 at a time. But I'm sure like most place's they'd have meetings to talk about it first which is where you guys would come in.

See what I'm getting at the more you talk me and the company up the better my chance's are. I'm pretty sure the company I'll be working for will be Aztec Roofing.

But let me get back to the office tomarrow I'll find out as much information as possible about things and get back to you on the home owners association.
