Eagan didn't get hit to bad, so I didn't expect much more any where else. Thats sucks really bad, hope everyone is ok!
Yeah, we are without power in Fridley since 7 last night. They are talking it may be 2 days before we have power back. The fence on the south side of my house is down, we lost a tree next to the driveway (at a 45* angle above the silver car!! ) and about 40% of the trees on our road are down. Lots of big ones, but luckily the one in front of my house survived. I can't believe that my bike stayed upright!

Looks like I didn't make out as a good as I thought. I was on my way to work when I noticed the biggest tree in my neighboors yard fell over. Then looked at my back yard and saw this. d'oh! The biggest tree in my yard blew over too! Oh well, I guess that means lots of firewood for bonfires. Time for some chain saw action.

That is wild. But the really crazy part is that, I live in Bloomington, and we didn't get one drop of rain. The wind picked up a bit, but nothing too bad. But when I looked north, it looked like the devil himself was stirring the pot. The sky was a redish color, the clouds were swirling, and there was a shit ton of lightning. But I was dry as a bone, with just enough breeze to keep the mosquitos away. Wierd.

Chris, what does Matt's house look like? Any trees blown down? Flooding was insane in Coon rapids. I saw a car with water up to its roof on University and 10, I would have drove into it if I didn't see the dome light just above the water. It hailed three separate times up to golf ball sized at one point. None of Melissa's trees went down but there were plenty scattered through out the neiborhood.
Chris this wouldn't have happened in ND because they don't even have any trees in that state, its so flat and boring! :D

It was nuts. I was on 694 going west and as soon as i crossed the 94 exit i could hardly see. I tried driving for a little bit to get to the closest exit and turn around to go home but i decided to pull over for bit when i could hardly see the semi 10 feet in front of me. I turned on the radio when i got home about 1/2 hour later and a guy called talking about a semi laying on its side right where i was pulled over, im glad i left when i did.

I didn't notice anything major at Matt's house. But I didn't look too close either.
