Get it down to Winona and give me a call. We can work on it at my place if you would like so you can get it back up and running, either that or figure out what the real problem is. If you need help getting it down here let me know.
Also, as JET stated, more info.
I'll second that. Is the car in Winona? We've got a pretty nice dsm crowd, I'm sure someone could help you get it back up and going.

well it leaks between the transfer case and bell housing. The tranny is fine. I know i screwed up the shifter cables since they dont look right and the shifter only lets me shift from 3,4,5,R. Other than that it drives fine. Engine is strong as hell still. Thats why I dont wanna give it up. It would have to be towed down to winona. I mean i could drive it down here? but I wouldnt want to risk the tranny getting it here. If i could possibly get it here and you guys could help me that would be soo awesome. I'll see what my mom thinks of this idea.

I'm sure between Jed and I, possibly even Vassil, we can get it back together and running again in no time!
On another note: I dont know about cedar falls. I might make it, I might not. I'll let you know.

Ill most likely be getting ahold of you sometime soon.

The only thing in that area that should be able to leak is the input shaft seal. Are you sure it is tranny fluid and not oil? The rear main is right there too. The axle seal is close to the same area.
If it isn't a seal, then it is probably a crack in the tranny. Check the tranny all the way around for signs of a crack. If you forgot a dowel pin, they are prone to cracking.
i had a leak from same area, it ended up being a crack in the housing. The axle seals weren't put in place right and leaked oil out, i didn't notice or hear any noises.
I checked the seals, and replaced them it kept leaking, replaced seals again, it kept leaking. went throu about 3 sets of seals and finaly took the trany off.
The Diff bounced around a little and put a hole in the housing. not a full hole but a crack with small peace missing like a pin hole, enough for a small leak.
So yeah. it could be that. It was leaking onto the cross member and was spreading around, hard to see whree its coming from, but you could see it coming out of the bell housing if you paid attention closely.

well from what i remember there was a crack on the bellhousing. It was on the hole that has the bolt and nut from the transfer case? if that makes any sense.... but i should check into the input shaft seal. hey enes? i sent you a PM you should check...
