I don't think you will find anything small enough. Garrett makes a GT10 that is meant for 500cc engines. That is the closest I could find.

It may, probalby pretty laggy, but it might. Do you have any idea what you are getting in to though? What are you going to do for the exhaust manifold? Do you know how to use a turbo with a carb? I think you are getting in way over your head. Get you NA race one, then pick up a cheap 600cc bike for $1,500. Learn on that on the street, then get a nicer street bike in a year or 2.

I can agree with this, Fuel injection for one is so much more convenient then a carb with a turbo. It drives different.
