not that i remember no, he just wanted me to get a cheap A/F meter, like one off of xtreme but i never did because i thought my datalogger would solve the problem, but i dont know if it will until shindley takes a look at the thing, the datalogger i mean. i bought it and havent messed around with it yet.

i'm running 680cc injectors rihgt now, the pte delphi's
Does the 5-knob AFC only go -30 to +30? Because those 680s are about 34% bigger than stock, so you might already be screwed. The 5-knob can work ok, it you need to make small changes, but you are going to have to make drastic changes, unless you get your ECU chipped for the correct injector size.

Or have the MAFT which can control injector sizing also... Like I have.

what do u mean by drastic changes? will a datalogger help this at all? i dont know what it does right now so just wondering. should i just buy a newer S-afc or would dsmlink be better - right now i have no money and dsmlink i know wouldn't be in the future for me for a long time - and plus im not that smart when i comes down to all that stuff on dsm link and i wouldn't be able to understand half the shit anyways unless i was taught in depth. i think i should get a new S-afc - anyone out there know how to install S-afc's?

Once you get an AFC I would be willing to give you a hand putting it in. Hell, I may even be willing to part with the one I have in my lancer but I would have to think about that. The datalogger isn't going to help you control larger injectors. It is there to help you see what all is going on with the engine like injector duty cycle, timing advance, o2s, etc. Depending on far you want to go with the car in the future you may just want to use what you have for right now and save for Dsmlink as that has much more control over your tuning.

That will work too, but it has the same side effect of causing the ECU to run too much timing at pump gas boost levels when you have injectors that are way too big for what is actually needed.
