Please say you're being sarcastic?
I know nothing about the guy. I don't follow the DSM-scene anymore except for the local stuff here.

He is the owner of Taboo Speed Shop. I believe me612 is one of the countless who has been ripped of by Martin.

Ahh ok, I've heard about that. Why doesn't somebody just go "deal" with him?

Considering he's 30 miles away from me, don't know. I keep wanting to get a detailed list together between here and Toonerz of who he's ripped off and take a roadtrip down to Des Moines but I don't seem to get that far.

Big national forums suck.
I'd consider this to be a national forum with a Midwestern base.

I wouldn't. A VERY large percentage of the members are in the Twin Cities metro area.
And everyone else wants to move here or was kicked out or the state, aka Tom. ;)

Ya that thief robbed me. Visit www.vendors-reviewed.com and you'll a good amount of people who have been ripped off by him. He still posts up on DSMTalk regularly. Someone sure does need to deal with him. I heard he broke his back which is how he originally got behind. I bet it hurt a lot, but I bet it'd hurt more if it broke again!!

I'll say one thing, if it were for dsmtalk, i wouldn't be where i'm at today. I've only been into DSM's since 2001 and this is my 2nd DSM. DSMtalk is just another good source of information. The Database is pretty big. I don't favor any one over the other. If i don't find it on talk, i'll look on tuners and vise versa. I like the local feeling of style and the quick response to my threads. I would never stop using one or the other regardless of who the site owner is. Since late last year i've hardly had to use talk or tuners because of style.
