I still remember when a 20G was considered too big for most people. We're getting old Swanny.

Peter are you drunk? You actually agree with them. I am drunk, so is Allan, Nash, Jana, and JET. So fuck off.

nah but I wish I was.. If I didnt have to go to work early I would have went out tonight. haha

Ive always pretty much agreed with Chris, and never really had an issue with Josh...

Everyone is going super huge these days but never really maxing out their current setups, to me it just seems everything is the bigger the better these days.

Huh? I couldnt' agree with you more. There is a lot of people with big turbos that are either 'affraid' to max them out or don't have the supporting mods to make it possible safely. For a beginner I would suggest a 20G or a E316G and then work their way up from there.

Jana already decided to call in. Candy ass! Then again I think she was a little worse off than me ;)

Anyway, yeah I remember when a 20g was a full race turbo and it just came out. 550's were crazy and a 16g was a serious upgrade. Only track dedicated cars had FMIC's! It is amazing how far it has come in 11 years!

I say its not big enough for 2 reasons.

I want the turbo im going to keep for a long time, so ill start at lower boost and work my way up that way.

And 2, why waste money on one turbo after another when you could just buy one good one and youd have a good turbo the whole time and not lose your ass all of the time.

Do you have a FMIC? Even at low boost, the stock sidemount won't be able to handle the extra airflow without heatsoaking and causing knock.

You need alot of other things before you can just slap on the turbo of choice... FMIC, Big Exh, Fuel managment, 660s or higher.

If the wastegate is a no name brand I wouldnt do it, but its a tial in good shape and the turbo is in good shape its up to you.
