I had my car apart for other reasons, and I had mike @ QPR drill a hole in the fuel rail & weld in the fitting right there, next to my afpr. it looks sweet, and I can easily read it while adjusting the afpr, since it's clocked correctly to!
This is the best place I've seen. You just build up some material with a welder, then drill and tap it.QPR has a handful of fuel rails already welded and it only takes 15 mins to swap.

Thanks for understanding eclipseturbo. So, you guys are suggesting that I get a new fuel rail with this fitting already welded in? How much? I'll remind all in that it's a 1/8" NPT fitting.

Yep, the gauge looks really clean there.I believe they are $60 w/core, and it can be drilled and tapped for any size fitting you want

Well, keep in mind that this gauge is going in the vent pod I have, so I can see it from the driver's spot. It's electrical, so It's not gonna flow gas into the cockpit at all. Where can I find a fuel rail with the 1/8" NPT female fitting welded on? It's for a 92 gsx.
