I have a fuel psi gauge that I wanna hook up, but I really don't know where to hook it up to! It comes with 1/8" NPTF male fitting. What will this tap off of?

The top line to the fuel filter, need to weld it on.

Just drill and tap the Banjo fitting on top of the fuel filter.

Yea better yet weld it on without removing it from the car and with the car running. wtf is this advice?

I have personally do not have a fuel p. guage but Im quite positive you can use AN fittings for the whole thing... no welding required and I hope your talking about removing something from the car to weld but who knows with the posts you been putting up on this site lately.

Remove to drill and tap as well. AN's would work to.

EclipseTurbo..what's that supposed to mean? I am asking on how to install it, and what to tap it off of, cause it comes with that fitting, that is said to be rather common, yet I cannot find a common place to run it off of. I don't know what adaptors I need to get, or anything like that.

Pay attention Swifty, he wasn't talking to you :D He was talking to Jiggyman. Notice how he was talking about someone welding something onto the fuel system in the car, but you didn't say anything about welding anything in the fuel system. Therefore you would not be the one he was talking to.

Ok. Sorry, I am a lil outta it. I found out my good friend accidentally killed someone, by t-boning her, so I am kinda pre-occupied. My sincerest apologies eclipseturbo.

You can buy a cheap B&M fuel pressure gauge, throw out the crappy gauge and keep the fitting that goes on the fuel filter. They also list a replacement fitting as part #46062, that might be just the fuel filter fitting.

I had my car apart for other reasons, and I had mike @ QPR drill a hole in the fuel rail & weld in the fitting right there, next to my afpr. it looks sweet, and I can easily read it while adjusting the afpr, since it's clocked correctly to!
