Ok so i got pulled over a couple weeks ago for nothing, they basically said they ran my plates and it came back that i had a suspended liscense so they pulled me over, they gave me a driving after suspension and a no seat belt ticket... well today i get a letter in the mail that says they dismissed the no seat belt and sent the other half of my seatbelt ticket... umm i havent even gone to court yet, does anybody know why the fuck they would do this, in all my tickets ive gotten in my life ive never had this happen... i have a feeling there going for the butthole on this one and that they are gonna ram it all the way in somehow... (in translation, there gonna find a way to screw me good without my consent)

mabey cause they feel sorry for you cause they have given you so many tickets. I bet it was dissmissed cause some how they could only give you a ticket either for the seatbelt or the driving w/ a suspended licence and they choose the worse of the two.

Not true. They can ticket you for more than one offense. I think they have room for at least 3 per ticket. I've had a speed w/ no seat belt and I've also had a Reckless w/ a speed. They can ticket numerous things. They love to do that to the homies in the Hondas. They will pick the car apart looking for anything to ticket them with. Usually they hand them the War and Peace book of a ticket and then impound their car.

This is true, when I got pulled over in my honda when I was like 16, the cop asked if he could search my car, and since i was young and nieve, and I knew I didnt have anything illegal, I said he could, then he searched my backpack b/c he "thought I had been drinking" even tho he never gave me a breathalyzer and I didn't do anything to suggest that I had been drinking (swerving, erractic speed, etc.)

I got pulled over by a Wisc trooper in my ACR a few years back
The citations included
-130 in a 65
-expired tabs
-Illegal exhaust
-Illegal clear brake light
-un atentive driving.
It was like a bagillion dollars (700+) due on the spot or they could tow my vehicle cause i was outta state.
Hehe, long, long long story short (i was pulled over for an hr+) I got off with a warning..... and have the "ticket" to prove it :jammin:

I have a question how tpunx99GSX keeps getting pulled over.. I mean damn man weren't you just in jail for speeding... Granted you didn't do anything wrong but i mean you must got a smell to you or something the cops like... Does your car smell like donuts? Either way you need to be carful. About the ticket... I bet they well toss it away and you won't hear about it ever agian :) if your lucky....

This past summer at University, I got 7 tickets in my old integra.
these include:
-no front plate
-expired tab (when I put the plate back on)
-"atlered tail lights"
-no proof of insurance
-disobeying a lawfull order
-in park after hours
-exhibition for sale of a vehicle
out of all these tickets, five of them were from one lady who pulled me over twice in one month. The first time she gave me 3 tickets, the second time 2. She was going to give me the same ones as the first time also but I told her I got out of the first ones. Then she just gave me two more.
In all of those tickets, I had to pay a total of $20. I got out of all of them including disobeying a lawful order which is a mandatory court date. I didn't even have to go to court for it. Fought with the prosecutors over the phone.

Cops are oh snap...tell them to fuck off. I did that to the off-duty police chief of Duluth, let me tell you, they get mighty pissed when you say that! Long story short, this guy was a complete asshole on a power trip (has that reputation among a lot of the younger car enthusiasts of the city) and he threatened me repeatedly saying he is going to arrest me and tow my car. So I says to him, "Try it." Got it my car (which was parked facing it towards a meter), threw it in gear, turn the wheels all the way to the lock, got out, locked the doors, and walked my little white-ass to my calculus quiz, meanwhile he was yelling and screaming god knows what at me. Get back from class, and lo-and behold my car is still there untouched. For about 2 weeks after that event everyday that I drove to school a nice officer was waiting down the block to escort me, which of course really began to eat away at my nerves so I decided to pay Mr. Friendly-Chief a visit at home. I found out where he lived (and the names of his wife and children of course), drove over there around midnight one night, saw that he was sitting near the front window, and let the most massive beater-burnout of all time commence. I did a very nice 1st-3rd gear burnout on the ice in front of his house (speedo reading about 90, made it about a total of 20 feet). Never have I seen a man jump up and run outside so fast in my entire life. The dumbass came hauling through the snow in his front yard without shoes on only to have my drive away with him yelling and screaming who knows what once again. Chris: 2 Chiefy: 0
