You should have just firebombed his house ;)
Good to see that the duluth PD is wisely distributing their resources by giving you a police escort everyday. You would think that they would eventually have something to do, even a bullshit speed trap is productive compared to that.

Duluth cops are horrible. My father lives there, and he has one of those police scanners, you should here the stuff they come up with just to give some one a ticket. Its good to see someone getting back at the duluth pd- good work!!

Can someone explain to me how a WI cop can ticket a MN resident for an expired tab!? Your registerd in MN, so how can another state fine you?

An expired tab is an expired tab. It doesn't matter where you're from or where your car is registered.

i believe im in the double digits for this year, fucking pigs, most of them are non-moving violations so it wont go on my record. Fuck them all. I hate all cops, they may have helped some of you before, but i have never recieved any sort of help from them, not with the counterfit money, not with my neice being killed (different state) I HATE MN.
yup, my tally for cops "doing shit right for a change" is still at 0. still waiting for them to get their heads out of their asses.
Well I work part time for the Saint Anthony PD as a reserve officer, and plan to be sworn soon. You can blame all the targeting on your run of the mill civic doing burnouts in every 30 feet of clear space they can find. Police agencies have started to target sports cars for illegal equipment to deter the drivers from going out. Looking at it from the opposite perspective, it's not fair at all, but over the last 2 years, about 50 (not sure of the exact #) innocent people have died as a result of injuries sustained in street competition collisions. You may even start to see insurance companies deny insurance to sport compact cars unless they tech inspect them themselves. Another, and probably the main reason this is happening is because our cars are loud, and the generation ahead of us hates everything about our cars. Small engines, fart cans, clear tail lights, spoilers... etc. They call and complain, embelish a little on what is really going on, and Police are forced to do something about it. It's my personal belief that they are going at it the wrong way, but they are a publicly funded agency, and are expected to do something. So before you go bashing the whole law enforcement field as a whole, maybe you should be bashing the guys doing burnouts in parking lots on saturday nights...
After all, a cop may save your life someday.
I've been ticketed 6 times for speeding in the last 4 years, 3 no front plate, 2 faulty headlight, and 2 stops for other misc. things. And they were ALL MY FAULT... It was my choice to speed, and take my front plate off, and I let the broken headlight sit in my car for 2 weeks too long. No one forces us to do things we know we can get caught for.
