Towing People Suck!!!

So last night I was driving home in my winter beater (my old car, grand prix)and I was going like 30MPH and i starting sliding off the road( bald ass tires). I went into the ditch and hit a tree(small tree and I took that sucker out). The tree broke my headlight cover and messed up my fender a little bit. Id have to say like $200 worth of damage The cops came and they called a tow truck. The guy came out and tried to pull it out. Well all it did was drag it in the ditch and it didnt come out. Well next thing I know my car hits a sign. Fucks up the front fender even more, front turn signal light messed up, took the mirror off, denter/scratched both door and the rear 1/4. I went and got a estimate and the car is totaled. With $3600 worth of damage. So pretty much I paid a guy $90 to total my car. Bitch!

Excellent, I instantly feel better about my busy crappy day ;) Sorry to hear about it though, I am sure you will end up ahead in the end however. Already there is a bright side, 1 less pontiac on the road.

I know what you mean, the damage caused by the towing company is what ultimately made my insurance company total my car.I don't even know how they did this.

We are working it out right now with the insurance company. It was insured fully. So they will pay for it. As far as the towing company goes I have no idea whats going on. The cop was directing traffic and im not sure if he saw it or not. He didnt say nothing about it tho, my mom made the driver of the tow truck right it on his little sheet that we got. So he pretty much admitted fault for it. And this is a good thing, now I dont have to deal with selling it.

I wish I could pay someone 90$ to total my truck and have there inshurance company buy me a new one. The toweing company should be responsible for the damage they caused.

Dude, you are set! Buy it back from the insurance company and pocket the rest of the cash. Your car is perfectly drivable, just with some dents. You should make over $3k on the deal!

I was thinking about that but the car sucks. The steering sucks. The whole suspension system needs replacing. I swear one of the controll arms in the front or the sway bar like fell off or broke. I havent got a chance to look at it. It will need new tires. So shit ill take off all my aftermarket parts and let them do away with it
