JET

I would like to challenge JET for HP/Liter (I know that may sound gay, but my car is heavy, my turbo is smaller and my engine is not stroked).
Sure, I'll use my motorcycle :D 2.4's don't really do much of anything for HP. They spin the turbo up sooner and make the bigger turbo's more streetable. That is really about the only difference from what I have found. There is probably a small difference in HP, but not much. For the most part bore = HP, the bore on the 2.4 isn't much bigger than a 2.0 (which could be bored out equal to a 2.4).

CVD, who says that my car did not move at all? I am pretty sure I would have been able to keep up with you in your 50 trim last year.

I give, who said that?

As for it keeping up with my car last year, I hope so! My car wasnt any faster with the 50 trim than it was with the small 16G. Though if you want to challenge me this year, I'll be glad to oblige. Im not upgrading the turbo, just fixing the motor.

I'll shut my craw when I get beat by a HORT car. Until then, I aint buyin the shit they're shoveling.

If he makes over 500 whp, it'd be a good run against a 750cc bike. With a fast spooling turbo like his, it'd probably trap 128-129 which is a little bit more than enough to beat/slowly pull a 750 imho. I get this from Shaun and I both having raced bikes, anywhere from 600-1000cc and we both trapped low 130. We hung, if not, pulled away from new R1's.

I will let you know if/when my car is running. The only "mod" for me will most likely be dsmlink. I am just tring to fix my motor also. It will either be a used 6 bolt or a set of rings and bearings on a motor I already have. Mike is going to give me a good deal on a block that sounds good but I may try and talk to a couple of machine shops also.

Sorry I don't mean to jump into the middle of this but... Jet didn't you state this??.(directly from attack forums thread..copy and pasted)

Kevin, you don't need to go there again. He has already explained this numerous times. It has already been discussed in this thread and it also has its own thread in the parking lot. I don't care what he said exactly, he meant to say what his setup was capable of. If you want to know more about his comment on the attack forums you can PM him.
