becaue at the track i was pushing same boost without piping, and i didn't have the surge problem.


but it also could be the fact the ambient temps are lower and air is more dense as well..

Have you done a compression check lately?? I was getting compressor surge and I was getting it because I had a burnt exhaust valve in the #1 cylinder. It was all pissed off.

I will check it tomorow night.. good point, if the exhaust can't escape it should have issues..
but then again i should have issues with making boost as well, or at least delayed..
