Why do you think the car is running rich?

What color smoke? Black, blue, white, pink? How much boost are you running on that 16G with the tiny stock 2G intercooler?

Blue = oil
while = coolant
black = rich or lean
pink = huge turbo swallowed something

Could be either.

Lean : burning the carbon off your pistons
Rich : unburnt gas making its way out the exhaust

Get an EGT gauge and a datalogger. Examine the data and you will be able to tell if its rich or not. Will most likely end up costing you the same price as a trip to Satan.
