Today I started to do 3rd gear pulls starting at 2k rpms like I do when ever I make a tuning run. And took it to 8,000rpms.
Back to back rulls (4 total) - at 8,000rpms I was seeing 49.3-49.7lbs/min@17psi and 92 oct. still zero counts of knock. (but everything still "Zero'd" out on the DSMLINK Sliders.
Anyways I don't know why I'm so impressed with the flow of this turbo I know it's big and all. But I guess since I was stuck at 38lbs/min with the 20G on pump gas and shane making the comment that I couldn't make anymore power unless I was able to get more Flow. And well I got plenty of more flow now. :bounce: so hopefully the power will come with it.
What lbs/min is everyone else seeing and what did you dyno? just curious to see where I stand and if I'm getting all excited about nothing.
36# i can post the dyno log from dsmlink if you wana look.
and 313 i think..

if everything is 'good' usually 1cfm=10 hp on a dsm, flywheel rated.

I'm going to start to up the boost today. Hopefully I'll be able to get it to 20-22psi today with out incident. (I've got my fingerscrossed - but I think I should be able to see about 55lbs/min if I get to 22psi)
yesterday on race gas i wasn't able to get more than 32# of air.. which suxorz.. don't know why..
I need to do boost leak test to see if that could be a cause..

Well I tried to do a few pulls on my lunch break but didn't get much done.
I started off by richening things up - and then cranked the boost controller up about 2 full turns.
For the most part I wasn't able to go all the way to 8,000rpms. (due to road conditions, etc)
Anyways I noticed that my boost controller would hold at 17psi and then creep up to 20psi in the upper rpms every once and a while. I noticed my MBC is a bit rusty. So it's time for a new one.
Anyways Like I said for the most part all I could due was pulls from 3K-7K.
The one full pass I did to 8K was holding 17psi and showed 50.3lbs/min.
Took me forever to get my 02 readings, and A/F ratio - back to a decent level after I richened everything up. (when I started it was reading 9.8A/R and 1.02 on the 02 sensor. (ie: damn rich, and my fuel gauge showed it. After 3 pulls I used 1/4 tank of gas and had to go fill up.)
All and all I'm to nervous of getting a ticket. so I'm just going to hold off till I hit the dyno later this week. I'm also going to replace my thermostat, radiator Cap, and MBC.
My temps are still running high "216" when I do back to back runs with no cool down time. I also noticed my intake temps sometimes got up to 135degrees. After a run. But after about a minute of normal driving they'd return back down to 98-100.
mind posting a few logs here? also how are you measuring your intake temps?

I didn't bring in my laptop from the car. And actually I don't think I can even get access to the net with it anyways from work.
If you want to log intake temps go to your "captured Values" and select it.
If it's not on that list you have to go to "ECU" Values - and then add it that way. (hopefully I got that right? I just do everything from habit now a days all via Quick key's)
Press Alt+C
Press "V"
Select Intake Temp
Click OK
Press Alt+D
Press "V"
Select intake Temp
hit "->"
Click Ok
I think that's what you have to do.
