No these are not symptoms of boost leaks... Its very random so Ill replace the CAPS and see what happens.

Does the car start fine after its warmed up. If it does I would check your coolant temp sensors. If one of them is defective it will send the cars ECU into a limp mode and the car will think the air temp outside is really hot, therefor not sending enough fuel to start the car properly. If none of that applies then nevermind.

Well after driving to normandale this morning for class I discovered that I wasnt going to get lucky and the car wouldnt start to take me home... So after a gay day I took my ECU to Eric- LightningGSX and he opened it up and yea the caps leaks all over. Pretty bad too. Well see if he can repair it or not. I put a spare one in my car with replaced caps for now and drove it home just fine!
If mine is shot Eprom anyone? :)

You are on the stock fuel pump? I thought you and CVD swapped in a 190.

No I had some problems with it starting becuase I ruined a bolt that connects the ground from the pump to the actual tank so I took it out and got a new sending unit and put the stocker back in becuase I needed to drive it... never got around to putting it back in.
