^X3.
I'll actually be selling mine as soon as I can get out in the garage and pull the turbo off.
I'm hoping to say goodbye to the good 'ol mitsu flange forever!

^x2. I really liked my arp bolts from ffwd for the fp manifold

anyone else had experience with these?

And are these the ones in question?

IIRC, the FP manifold has full length bolts in the back, and shortys up front. Those are all the same long length, which would fit the stock manifold.

I wouldn't go stainless. Go OEM: http://www.jnztuning.com/product_info.php?products_id=3096&osCsid=034ce3dc17c9534b53b56b5de9f61987

Or if you want ARP: http://www.ffwdconnection.com/dsm/boltkits/turbobolt.html

Be sure to use high temp copper anti-seize when you install, not the low temp stuff.

+1 for the OEM stuff. Use plenty of the anti-seize I mentioned and you won't have any trouble in the future. $40 is a good deal for that hardware set, FP sells the same thing for $60: http://store.forcedperformance.net/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=FP&Product_Code=EMFPRaceHWKit&Category_Code=DSM-Exhaust

I had the kit Andrew posted from FFWD. I never used anti seize when I put my stuff and never had a problem with the ARP sticking or anything. Granted I didn't put a bajalion miles on either.

If it was me and my only daily I'd pick up the ARP from FFWD as they are cheaper than the stock stuff from FP and get some hi temp anti seize like every one else has mentioned.

Edit, maybe even pick up new gaskets that might be wrecked when taking everything apart too

Excellent call on gaskets; gaskets should not be reused, they are designed to compress once and seal to that specific shape/surface. This includes gaskets, crush washers, etc.

well - went with the JNZ - bolt set, new gaskets, tube of anti seize.

Did you use copper anti seize. The grey stuff will not work in the extreme heat of a turbo.

Yep the guy at the store grabbed a what looked like a gallon of it. I was like ummm I only need it for 4 bolts.

He replied oh. I use this stuff on everything. Went back and brought me a small tube of it lol
