For driving 65 miles plus a day, I should really have one of these.

That being said, I don't think I can live with no AWD in winter anymore. I am sure this car is god awful in snow. My brothers New Elantra with how light the car is makes it completely useless in snow. That is the only reason I don't drive a cheap, light FWD car.

That being said, I am starting to regret not finding an AWD vehicle with better gas mileage. I'm lucky to get 24.

I don't think there is an AWD car that gets great mileage, the Taurus is the only one I can think of unless you find a 90's Civic station wagon. :D

The newer subaru's get 34mpg I think, which for an AWD is "great" imo.

Also, my gf's mitsu outlander sport gets 31 which is also good for a small suv I think.

But yes, its kind of an oxymoron.

I almost need a 3rd car. 1 hyper mile cheap fwd car, 1 AWD snow machine and 1 fun car.

The cost savings on buying a 3rd car just for gas mileage would be negative lol.

There are a few that get 30s highway though, my old 2.0T audi got 33, 26ish mixed. The new subarus are also highway, so mixed would be around mid to upper 20s as well.

You guys should just get a bike for good gas mileage, I guarantee it'll be more fun as well!

Pretty crazy to think you can get a brand new car for 12k though

Id still have a bike for sure if it were safe to daily drive, dont want to risk it anymore.

A car like this can't be much safer, obviously more than a bike, but tiny cars like this make me nervous safety wise.

Just have to ride like you're invisible and be careful of your surroundings and its pretty safe. Then its just up to you not to crash, which I shouldn't be giving advice on that one lol
