Thanks I'll give it a try and download it to my mac side and see how it goes. If not I'll reformat my windows side and re-download it to there.

I had a friend try to plug in his laptop to eliminate some possible causes of link not being able to connect. He is running link v3 full on his 2g also and the ecu still would not connect. We then plugged in an obd2 CEL logger and it was able to pull codes. Now we can eliminate the Laptop and the OBD2 port being a cause. Any ideas on what it could be? How do I test the link chip?
Another problem now, I redrilled new holes and heli coiled the threads where the exhaust manifold bolts to the head. I went to bolt on the turbo to the exhaust manifold and ended up cross threading the bolts :( We'll see how it goes tomorrow when I attempt to remove the bolts and see if its the threads or the bolt thats f*cked up.
Anyways, heres some pics of the car. She is now up in Duluth, made it up here just fine. :) Running a little shitty because of the major exhaust leak after the manifold though.

Thanks guys. I pulled out the turbo manifold bolts and it seemed like only the highest threads on the bolt were stripped. I put a nut in between the bolt and manifold so only the bottom threads are holding it on. Ghetto rigged but it will have to do for now until I get some new OEM bolts. I can finally feel boost!!! :) The boost controller I bought from C3LICA (Brad) actually came off the threads and came apart. Now in need of a new boost controller. One problem after another. DSM 4 Life! hahahaha

Is the car quiet now?

Yes it is. Nice an quiet at idle and roars at WOT thanks for the help with the exhaust! Should I spray some hi-temp paint on the welds to keep away the rust?

That would be a good idea. Wire brush the welds before painting it
