View Full Version : Presidential Debate
Romney did overstate some points, but so did Obama. They are both greasy, slimey politicians, but out of the two, I have to make a decision based on which is the lesser of two evils.
Unfortunately this is exactly how I feel every election for quite some time. Perot in like 2000 was the last time I really liked a candidate that had even an outside chance of making it.
Republican and Democrat candidates only climb up the ranks in their parties if they are scumbags, so we are doomed. I really hate some of the things Obama did, so I guess by default that makes me a Romney supporter even if I am not that crazy about him either. :Banane56:

OK, I finally figured it out.
Romney didn't win the debate on his own. Obama let him win through redistribution of his lead. It's the only fair thing to do, right?

Personally I don't like either one of them, I don't like any candidate ever. They all lie and fix one thing and make 10 other things worse.
The only thing I noticed through all the senseless jabber, is that Romney was very conceded and rude for most of the debate. Obama may have lost some of the arguments per say, but at least he remained respectful for the most part.
I am pissed off that this is who we have to choose from to lead our country.
Both of them suck! That video was funny!

As a President of the United States, I don't want someone who quietly sits politely in the corner while the big boys talk. I'll take the aggressive person who isn't afraid to take the lead and run the show.

Aggressive and to the point is one thing, all the smirking, smiling, and interrupting is what I was talking about. And I am in no means defending Obama, he is an idiot as well. Just stating that Romney seems like a pompous douche bag and I dont' think either one should be the leader of America.

Not always. As one great Republican once said...
"Speak softly, and carry a big stick."
Too bad Obama can't carry a big stick, and too bad Romney can't speak softly.
