Everywhere I turn with contacting Mitsubishi they have zero interest in the failure and zero interest in helping me...

Who would have guessed that...

Typical. That sucks. You'd think they'd at least care enough to want to see pictures of it. Have you talked to the dealership you bought it from? Maybe things need to go up through the service channels?

Its ok I give up. I just never want purchase another Mitsubishi again. At least a newer one anyways but thats ok since it appears they are dumping out of the performance market.

I contacted the customer relations department (1888-Mitsu20) as the service manager at Richfield Mitsubishi said he nor his Dealer/Parts service manager will do anything, and told me to call that number. All they told me was they wont do anything either. Where to go from here I dont know.

Wonder if you posted them on Mitsubishi's facebook page or something along those line if you'd get any help
