If you look carefully in that video, right at the end, in the bottom right hand corner...You'll notice a chubby guy wearing yellow shorts, a white tshirt, and a pink hat. Totally me haha

The guy in the evo will be fine. 3 broken ribs and some sort of back injury. He bought that car last Thursday strait off the dyno. Did he have experience on a road course? Rib injuries are horrible - I know, since I'm recovering from one. Hope he heals up soon.

Some info I found on his injury based on youtube comments from the crash video.
"He shattered his collar bone, broken rib, punctured/collapsed lung, and cracked vertabrae"
I hope he'll be ok.

Thanks MAP for putting on a great event. We did make it about 9:30pm Friday. I have been working almost non stop for the last 2 weeks. We were on the dyno twice and I have had the tranny out 3 times and the rear end in/out.
So after trying everything to fix the shifting I found out Saturday that the clutch was dragging. I adjusted it but the last 2 years of slipping the clutch off the line has warped the metal plates in the twin disk.
But the car could shift into 2nd gear and with the QTPs we worked on 60' testing. We did get our goal first pass out with a 1.58 60'. Then a 1.52 60'.
I was not able to get into 3/4 at all so it was on power in 1/2 only. I will try 10-12psi on the 2 step and lower the tire pressure to 12-14psi. This should net a sub 1.5 short time and put the car in the high 8s at 41-42psi.
I am picking up new twin disk parts later this week and I will look at track schedules to see were I can go next.
A big thanks to all the sponsors and my friend's for the help this weekend.

Wow I was sleeping at the line, I saw green before the car was moving. He ran a high 1.3 60 foot! I think i cut a high 1.7...
Anyone have video from the 9.40 run? I wanted to see the launch.
