We do offer blasting on valve covers and we also offer just chemical stripping or hand sanding as well.

Not yet, we were hoping to have ceramic up and running but right now we're just focusing on powder coating.

If a wheel has gouges in it, what is the best consumer product to fill these in before powdercoating?

I wouldn't recommend anything short of professional wheel repair for a damaged wheel. Too much is riding on the integrity of a wheel, literally. I bent/flatened a stock X wheel and it was only $125 to repair and refinish.
