CarRacer, is your car gonna be at C&C tomorrow?
Also, remind me your first name again. I'm really bad with names. I'm Paul.

I dunno, it could be. Are cars going to be there?
Yeah, I'm awful with names too. I'm James.

I think there will be a few. Probably not worth the trouble... we won't be there, too much to do on it!

We got 4th out of 47th cars at Road America on Saturday. Got beat by 3 BMWs. Our brakes were destroyed by the end of the day and our power steering blew up on the last stint. We replaced the calipers, knuckles, hubs, axles, ball joints, bypassed the power steering Sat night and got some Hawk HT-10 pads from another that put a rod threw the block of their D16 on Saturday. We were running in 2nd on Sunday morning when we came in for our first driver change, but then noticed that our brand new brake pads were all gone and that ended our chances of being competative. The same 3 BMWs got 1-3rd on Sunday too. We got back out there with some street pads, just to drive for fun and ended up having the trans or something(not sure yet) blowup 30 mins before the race ended.
One of the drivers on the BMW team that won on Sunday drove his McLaren MP4-12C to the event. Bizarrely at idle it sounds exactly like our Chumpcar.

Congrats on the 4th place finish! That's pretty impressive, how many BMW's did you beat?

4th is pretty cool, congrats to the team.
The winning team being a BMW and one of the team members owning(being able to own) the MP4-12C just doesn't seem right.
