Did you test the new thermostat? Is your overflow tank filling up?

See if you have any air bubbles in coolant. If so, head gasket is toast.

Have you recently replaced or upgraded anything? Is your fan coming on? Check your overflow and burp the system.

Check the coolant lines running to and from the turbo. Sometimes they will only leak under boost.

Replace every squeeze style clamp with worm clamps

my over flow was filling up until i replaced my thermostat and radiator cap but i guess i never thought to check it after to see if i got a bad thermostat or radiator cap, and i didnt see any bubbles in the coolant when i started it. and i rigged my fas so they would come on as soon as i started my car. and no i haven't upgraded anything since i got the car basically which was about 2 mouths ago. all the squeeze style clamp were replaced by previous owner.

and so check the coolant lines to the turbo for cracks and stuff like that?

If you had a coolant leak, you'd know it by now. Are you sure that your cooling fans are turning on?

Check allllll of the lines, not jus the ones to the turbo.there's more on the back/side ofthe envine.

If you drive the car nicely with NO boost does it lose coolant and overheat? If not, see if you caninduce it with boost, check the overflow bottle immediately after driving or even right after a 3rd gear pull just pull right over....check the outlet tube for moisture or signs that it was puking coolant.
