Compression/leakdown test to be sure but ya, sounds like a HG at the very least.

well i went to do a compresion test, took my plugs out so i could turn it over without it starting i look into the plug hold with a light and theres water sitting ontop my cylanders, with im confussed about now is if its there how is there not coolant in my oil and vise versa?

someone told me that if i pull my head off i need to replace my head studds is that true?

well tore down the engine got the head off, it appears mt hg was bad, but from all the heat one of my pistons got the edge on it eatten up now im wonddering if i can get away with just replacing that one or if i have to replace all of them, and what else should i replace well im in here tahnks for all the help guys!

Full engine build!! jk, Many people have just replaced 1 piston and been fine.
