That car is probably 100% stock or close to it judging by the trap speed. To run 123mph in the 1/4mph is going to a take a bigger turbo though. I think Jim went something like 127mph with his FP Red in a full weight car and my wife went 122mph with her old FP Green. Also you can't even try to compare Ron's car to a normal Evo, it's an RS to begin with and then he has done all kinds of weight reduction mods.
