So Tom, you mention this is all inherited destruction. But yet you post graphs of things showing things have improved, which would be inherited improvement then right? You can't just place blame saying all the bad things are inherited, and then take credit for the good things in that same time frame.
With that being said, this thread needs more female genitalia.

Tom did you even read this? Everyone else should too. The graph is extremely exaggerated for a reason, to make their "point."

What does it matter?!? He just said the president was sworn in a year before he was... as well as the Democrats taking control a YEAR before they were.
The graph shows the transitional year, as in, A year before he started and a year after he started.
And the whole thing being cyclical is just stupid matt, you know better.
Again, you show only one year of Bush's tenure in that graph. It doesn't prove anything other than you enjoy smearing Obama's predecessors and only point out the good things that have happened while he's been in office.

uhm wut? Maybe the Republicans just inherited improvement, Obama and the Democrats inherited the destruction and turned it around. 8 years of destruction that bankrupted this country. We went to the edge, looked over and lucky for us a new administration turned us around and set forth the events that have improved our job growth, economy, heathcare system, and while this was just the start of more improvement to come, the republicans have taken power now and will take us back to the failing policies that got us into this.
I love it how everyone seems to conveniently forget what Bush and the republicans did to this country. The man has only been in the white house for 2 years and has done more for this country than the conservatives have done in 8 years.

so you would call LESS job loss a bad thing? Yes you are still losing jobs, but not at the same rate as we were when Bush was nearing the end of his term... yet this is manipulating data to make it look better.... ITS BECAUSE IT IS BETTER TO LOSE LESS!

uhm wut?
Was my comment that incoherent? Let me try to re-word my comment in a simpler form...
One post shows charts that show things got worse during the last 2 years. And you say that is because it was inherited.
Other post shows charts that show things got better during the last 2 years. And you say that is because of Dems.
What I'm trying to say, if you are going to claim what is happening was inherited, then you have to claim it all equally, good and bad. And don't lump me into "bush lover, republican, tea party, etc". I never said anything regarding parties, or my opinions of bush or obama. I'm just pointing that out as something that seems like flawed logic to me. That's it

Which graph are you talking about? The Job Loss graph? Because that one shows the Last year of Bush, And the first year of obama. Not the past two years of obama.

You're already a republican conservative in his eyes since you cast doubt on something he said. :)

Holy eff. What I'm saying is so simple. You're exact words were "inherited destruction". You posted graphs showing things have gotten better under Obama's control. Another post showed graphs showing things have gotten worse under Obama's control.
The viewpoint you are projecting right now is that the good things are all thanks to the dems, and the bad things are all inherited damage from the reps. Do you really not see the flaw in that logic?
If you go and buy a beat up pos 1G DSM, and the day you buy it you go take it to DB and it puts down 700hp. Well guess what, you inherited a damaged piece of shit Talon, but you also inherited that 700hp setup. You can't take credit for being the one who created a 700hp Talon, but then blame the fact that the car is all beat up on the previous owner. You inherited it all, the good and bad. Or if it's the other way, and you are the seller, you are the one who deserves the credit for both the good and the bad.
That's all I'm saying! I'm not picking a side and saying who I think is right, I'm just saying I see your logic as being flawed. That's it.
And with that, I'm done. I hate this section because it brings out the worst in people, and unsubstantiated assumptions and judgments are quickly made about other people on here for simply stating something.
My cat is smacking me in the face, I think that means bedtime, goodnight!!!!
