Decent power and torque, but man is that thing fucking ugly as shit. Torque steer FTW.

They look great on the road.

IMO, the new Hyundais look pretty damn slick. This is one car company that is really coming around.

This is a pretty comfy looking car, makes impressive power for what it is too. Looks like it could be some fun.

Agreed, they vastly improved the designs of their cars!

Hyundai has made themselves a major player. Even Kia is taking action. Meanwhile, Toyotas continue to be boring.

Nice! I loved my 2.0T FWD Saab 9-3 for a DD. Had decent power, while still being able to get 35mpg on the hwy, and of course the ease of maintaining and working on a little I-4 motor. And I agree I like the way they look. Not sure I could get one though, I wonder what their towing capacity is? haha.

From what I hear the 2011 Sonatas are having some tranny issues.

Even though they have a 100K mile warranty, I'd wait a year for them to work the bugs out.

Looking at it again I think I just don't like the back end of it, too rounded and curved for my taste, a longer trunk deck and a small spoiler would help, the front end looks ok.

I really like the new Sonata's. It was a car I was already considering for the wife in a year or two(I like to buy used cars.. not new off the lot.. depreciation..). The look of the interior and exterior are really nice, and the gas mileage in a car this size is hard to beat. Now with the 2.0T option, it is even more enticing.

My problem with this kind of car is that it is too expensive for a daily but too slow to be a sports car. If I'm spending low 20's then I'd buy a 3-Series lease return and not a pedestrian car.
