Stock 95 head. I didn't remove the crank position sensor as far as I recall, and I don't remember removing the harness or even seeing it. But the connector to the side of the Tbelt is plugged in so my last guess is something by the connector is wrong. There was a lot of debris from the timing belt cover getting chewed up when the timing belt went, maybe something got in the way?

I will just have to pull the cover and check it out I guess...

Well the sensor is in place and the connector is as well. Still no spark, any ideas as to my next step?

Swap the sensor. You have the code in front of you... Do something about it.

Yeah that was going to be my last resort, maybe there is some way to check it without taking it out of the car. I don't want to pull the water pump pulleys and timing belt cover again if I don't have to. Also I cleared the code and it hasn't come back yet?

A repair manual should have steps on how to test the sensor.

Stock 2G head as in 95-98, or 99? Since there is a difference between the two.
Offtopic but, whats the difference in the 99's?

97-99 are the same. 95-96 are different.

yeah i believe the cam angle sensor signal is inverted, at least there is an option for it in DSMlink. I think they actually use a different CAS on the 97-99 cars.
