again, safc isn't meant for 850cc You will be disappointed IMO
an SAFC is meant just for those 550-650
get a 2g mas with those injectors and tune out with the safc

you are pretty well setup for pump gas!

Save your money for DSMlink and upgrade later when something blows

I loved my S16g when it was working and when I had a similar setup.

Get a 2g MAS (pm me I have one with pig tail)
550 or 650cc
Your SAFC will be fine on pump gas and the combo of a 2g mas with 550cc injectors
(2g mas sees 10% LESS air then a 1g mas. Put in 550 injectors will yeild you 20% MORE fuel and then use the SAFC to correct the 10% difference

correcting using the safc for 10% isn't that bad. Probably run like stock. People just use the 550+2g mas just by them selves without safc and some are fine.
650 will have a 30% increase of fuel 2g mas sees 10% less air meaning you have to tune out 20% with the safc, which can be done... but doesn't run quite right.

There is nothing wrong with pump gas. I would wait for a bigger turbo before hitting the E85 unless you want to fully max out that S16g

hope I didn't confuse you but just showing you what you have for options

PS you may be thinking you want 300 or more horsepower, however take it down to the track
you will forsure hit 12s in which is one quick car then for minimal mods...

In my experience with E85, you can't get the full benefit of it unless you have a standalone. You have to adjust the timing tables (which SAFC doesn't do) and other things before you really see the benefit of 100~ oct. Plus it changes in the winter (which I haven't seen too much of a change but I haven't driven my car that much) so you need something to tune before switching.
Some people will disagree with me about needing standalone but this is just my opinion.

1/4 mile times are largely based on the best mod of all, the driver mod. I've ran a 12.24 on a big 16g with 550cc inj. SAFC I ACT 2600 clutch and big exhaust. But some people are scared to launch their cars hard, or short shift cause they think its gonna blow.

I think a better question is what goal of HP or 1/4 mi do you want for your car?

Once that is answered we can tell you what you need for your car.

Want to be in the 12, 11, 10s We have all sorts of answers for that.

Or do you want just a fast street car. We have answers for that too. :drive1:

I really liked my small 16g set up (safc, evo 560cc injectors, hks 264's, fmic, exhaust, etc). Really quick spool, buy had jack sh*t for top end. It was definately fun, I beat some big 16g cars (was 2g gst, farting around on the freeway), with a driveway tune lol. I never really got it dialed in. If you just want a fun street car, you can have that with the set up listed. I used only 93 ultimate, ran like 24psi, with it awd 1g.

I'm sure 272s, e316g, dsmlink and you've got a pretty sweet ride. The Galant is more than fun with just the e316g...can't imagine it with 272s, e-85, 1000cc injectors, dsmlink. I'm sure with mods you get, the car should be in the high 12s...but it is ALL driver mod.

Yeah, I know a person on here that ran low 12's in a AWD all day long on a small 16g, E-85 would unlock more power than 92 oct, but its up to you whether to buy the 255lph pump and ~880cc sized injectors or not. I guarantee that once you have that setup running right you will have fun with it, I miss the boost snap in 1st from the AWD's. Hell Alpha D's car with like 8psi feels fast compared to my fwd.
