Artic carhart wear is what gets me through winters. I have the waterproof set, its super durable, and hella warm. Not cheap though, but 100% worth it.

Get FXR. There is a new FXR superstore in the metro somewhere in one of the malls. I love mine but I do not know what you are looking at spending.
