generic iphone weather app sucks, don't use it. I use *gasp* weatherbug and it is generally pretty legit.

I should download that then. I have accuweather too, and it says cloudy/52.

raining here or at Rock Falls? I just checked Eau Claire's weather and they say it's going to be partly cloudy mid-high 40s.....but we'll see.

I'm scheduled from 10 to 6 on Sunday, so I'm out. I don't feel like making all the calls to try to get out of it.
Swifty, if you need pics of your car that badly, we can do a shoot at some point, I've got some spots I've been meaning to test out anyway.

Benchracer's stand up! Dyno queens unstrap yourselves, it's time to hit the track!
Ok, I'm thinking of meeting at 7am at the Holiday station just south of I94 & Radio Drive:

If you're thinking of meeting up, post up here, and CHECK BACK and make sure we don't change the place/time. I want to get there early and I'm sorry, but I am not waiting for anyone except Jim (TalonFiero) since he's my ride back if something breaks. This is my first trip to the track and I plan on having FUN. If anyone thinks its worth it to bring a tent, chairs, cooler, etc, LMK and I'll consider it and we can have mitsustyle hang-out spot. If anyone wants to whine and not have a good time, please don't come. Cars are going to break, stuff isn't going to work. Do whatever you can to be ready.

I second this notion. I'm going to get some practice. I've yet to drag down a strip, and wish to work out bugs of the car, before I come swinging next year. Cooler of drinks could be fun, but not needed. They have food, be it overpriced, there. Otherwise, waters and such are good idea. I'd like it if I was pitted with fellow members, and I will bring a few tools too, for plug swaps, and such. dont' forget helmets!

Yes, snell 2000 or newer required. If you don't have one, borrow one :)
I'll bring a few folding chairs, my tent, and maybe a small cooler.

If it's raining, will they call it way early, or possibly open later in the day?
