Stowing a motor Need Help

I have heard too many stories where a person buys a motor that was supposedly "built" or ran properly according to the seller, only to have it fail a couple hundred miles later. Better be safe than sorry, I would clean it up as long as its out of the car.

Yeah Im just gonna pay someone to look at it and assemble it. Im only home for another week before i go back to Iraq so i need to have some fun plus i got the money why not spend a little.
