Not sure yet. Hoping close to if not slightly under 3000 lbs, as ridiculous as that sounds for a gutted car.
Sounds about right :score009:

No, not much of a DD, especially with the current exhaust set up of 3" pipe ending at about the rear axle line.
I do plan on putting the door panels back on for now. Until I get better (and lighter) seats and harness, I don't want anybody getting cut up trying to hold on/stay in place. More of a safety thing than anything else.

Well :( It's 3060lbs and still missing the radiator and IC (pipes are in the car though). And it's only got about 4 gallons of gas in it. I'm guessing about 3130 will be the "final" current weight, with fuel, coolant, ic and door panels. Just makes me even more impressed with those select few that put the time and $ into getting these things under the 3000lb mark. I guess I'll have to see how it does. But I don't have the light rims on, I'll have to see what the difference in weight of the rim/tire combo is, the rims are ~10lbs lighter (each), but I'm not sure about the tires, 30mm wider.
On the plus side, light weight seats, and other more expensive parts are yet to be installed.
Edit: the race wheels will be -40lbs total.
I think it's time to ditch the crash bars maybe...
-21lbs for the front.
-36lbs rear.
-3lbs for one rear tow hook.
-~22lbs for the glass roof that I can take off at events... So close.

Time to start cutting.

Thats pretty light for a 3s ryan. You've still got room with your listed items, plus possibly flaring sheet metal, and swapping out glass for lighter bits.

Fuk dude sounds like you are about ready to hit the streets in this thing. I say fuk the weight for now, it's light enough. Get it running and driving, start to dial in the suspension and get the thing shaken down. Then come back and finish the weight reduction stuff, you've come a long way so far!
